That's what I thought at the top too, but then I scrolled through the story, Jimmy's picture is about halfway down.

Most Curious...why would it take a friend pointing it out and not notification from Playboy? Did they get permission from you? After all you hold the copyright on it, correct?

I mean if someone of your stature and experience has to indirectly find out that an image of yours is posted elsewhere what does that say for Intellectual (or Artistic) Property?

It doesn't look you were paid for this (as witnessed by your comment on "...cyber-PAID..."). I'd think you'd be tracking down the person to deal with and start arranging payment.

That's a good point! How did they know about / acquire the image? I was assuming that PB had gone through normal channels, but please let us know how this transaction progressed.

Heather, the Holy Hottie model, is a friend. She has my permission to use the images for promotional purposes (for her and/or her ministry) and for any news-related articles. That particular image, and a few others of Heather I shot, have been published in quite a few rags and newspapers world-wide... with my blessings. (No pun intended.) I've only asked for credit, either in the form of my copyright on the image or as a photo credit. In some instances, I've been contacted by the media requesting written permission to use my images, in other cases not. It probably won't hurt my karma that I've offered up my services to her and her organization for free. I've shot her and a few other of the JC's Girls/Holy Hotties a couple of times. The images appear on their website and are used by them for all kinds of promotional and news-related purposes.
