The anybody have the Nikon AS-15 sync terminal adapter and how good with is to fire a studio strobe.

Many of us use the AS-15 to interface between our non-PC'ed Nikons and studio strobes. They work well. There are other brands out there like the Wescotts, that are about the same price.

Thank. I almost make the mistake in spend $86.00 in a safe sync pc terminal adapter.

I have seen studio work with Canon shooters with them. Asked once and was told they work better than what Canon offers.

I have the Wein safe sync unit which has a built in voltage regulator to keep excess voltage from going back to the camera. I don't recall whether the Nikon AS-15 has the voltage regulator.
