Hello all. I'm new to this forum and I have a question. I was wondering how could I save my work at 3000 res pixels (like Met Art). And keep large high quality images but get a small file size. when I resize I loose image quality and size. I apologize if this subject has been posted before But I tried the search and I couldn't find anything.

You cannot. You sacrifice image quality to reduce file size. Simple fact of digital photography.

You just have to save at various levels of jpeg compression and find the compromise between quality and size that you're willing to live with.

In Photoshop, you can also use "Save for Web..." which will eliminate the EXIF, thumbnail, IPTC and so on to make a smaller file.
