Fabulous. That second shot is DIRECTLY in front of my building. We live in Railway there at 16th/Washington.

How did you light it while in the middle of the street out of curiousity?

Nothing special just a lightsphere. I was going to use a ring flash, but it's difficult for moving objects and my power unit was dead by the end of the shoot.

Interesting - I'll need to experiment with GFong's little tupperware containers outside more. I've been using the lightsphere for sometime, but mainly indoors. I'm surprised how much light you got out of it - and fairly evenly.

It's a very good tool when you learn how to use it. There are a couple of tricks you can do to get more light out of them. You ever heard the saying you can fix anything with duct tape? If you did google duct tape and lightsphere.

Formation posing tends to look like tourist snapshots. Mix it up. Don't let the girls form up like it's a Miss America stage pose. Each girl should reflect their own strength - and it's your job to get it out of them.

I'm especially fond of the first one... where all the girls direct attention to a painted " No Trespassing " notice.

I do agree that the " walking " image is the best of the lot.

I give you points for trying to shoot that many at once - but you've gotta think 5X more through the photo if you're going to have 5 models in the frame.
