Nice work on all. I rarely like selective desaturation but I like the last image FWIW.

#1 & #4 drive me a little nuts with the tilt of the camera. Must be my landscape shooting pushing it's way through. Seriously, I would level #1 because those tilted vertical lines are really distracting. #4 works better even though it has the same issue because of the selective color effect drawing the attention away.

As far as the background, it didn't really bother me so I just left it.

It's an easy fix in Photoshop
