Does anyone know of a place that I might find props that a model could sit on or lean on that are made in diferent shapes ? I don't want to make them do to the short time span I have to shoot with the model.

Well, it depends on just how much money you want to spend...

If it's super cheap you're looking for, may I suggest some foamcore or cardboard, duct tape, and a few cans of spray paint.

If you have some money to spend, you might contact the local community theater prop people and see if they have anything they might rent you. Since community theaters are always short of money, they would probably entertain the notion of renting you some items if they have them.

Believe me, you don't want to have a carpenter shop whip something up for you unless you are willing to part with some real money.

Then there's friends with woodshops, but that's a long shot...

It looks like my idea will be tossed into the trash can. There is not enough time. Oh well..

Try Googling for "Photography Studio Props".

I wish we had a range of suppliers in the UK like you seem to have on your side of the pond.
