Never drop a concept that wakes you up at 3 AM. Follow it to creation.

Awesome image Mike! Great use of color, detail and of course, beautiful model. Good to see you posting more often!

Nice job. I like the slight "visual dissonance" of the greens.
Thanks for sharing.

Visual dissonance, thanks John I knew there was a term for it and I am catching flack from some people for it but it was what I wanted.

Seems to me pretty obvious it was intentional, and - IMO - well executed. The model's expression, her pose, and the "edge" added by the colors' near clash gives the image its impact. Wish I'd done that. Good stuff.

So, how'ya been? Settled in somewhat?

Since nobody's mentioned it, I'll ask. What was the thinking behind having her fist under the shirt like that? I could sort of understand a flat hand under there, but a fist? It's just something that caught my eye because of the sharp lines around the fist.

FWIW, it's one of the elements I liked most about the image. I saw this and her facial expression as expressing the model's attitude - a bit insolent, abrasive, rough, clashing - like the jacket's color and the background.

Been well except for that getting old crap. Not sure we will be settled in totally we keep talking about building another house or moving from this one etc. I've just about figured out my studio and the new camera. Hope you and yours are well.

Actually a cupped hand on a small breast.
