great pics- on the teeth however, try feathering the edge of the selection somewhat- there is a weird sharp line at the upper edge of the teeth where they meet the lips.

On my monitor, eyes and teeth look a little yellow too. It will take a little practice. I'm glad you made the effort. It will benefit you in the future.
