I'm doing a little ground work before a "festival" where I hope to take glam shots of women and men. I'm trying to create a sign to advertise my service at this festival. To my mind though, "Glamour Phototography" says "I take pictures of women." I want to come with a word that is more meaningful to men. For example, Joe Koda, Glamour & Macho Photography. But, "macho" doesn't really cut it. I've come up with Glamour & Machismo, and Glamour & Masculine. Any suggestions? Or do you think I' wizzin on the electric fence?

The problem with using 'glamour' is that it doesn't mean the same thing to everyone. Some people may think of the '40s B&W movie star photos, but others may envision page 3 topless girls, and yet others might think of Paris Hilton in a mini dress.

How about just saying Photography and having a sample male and female picture of the type you anticipate creating? It would take the issue off the table...

Some names that come to mind. Leave the word Glamour out of the title.
(Gentlemen's Portraiture)
(Gentlemen's Image)
(The Male Image Photo Studio)
(Photography for the Male Image)
(Male Image Photography)

The expression "cheesecake" used to be used for glamour images, because cake mix boxes were at the time adorned with images of cute girls.

I have seen the term "beefcake" used for the male equivalent. But not yet read a modern, useful term for the genre.

Yeah, I think I'll ditch the "Glamour and whatever" and go another route.
Thanks for replying.
