i know this isn't the normal sort of image here, but i tend to not to shoot traditional glamour. hope y'all like it.





and ready for the wacky part? there is no post skin softening on her. she looks like that normally. flawless.

if you're gonna remove all the skin texture from the model's face, you might consider making the rest of her skin match that approach.

well, the problem i have discovered while shooting amber is that she has skin that is THAT good:

straight out of the camera

and it's tough to get it to look right with her hands.

i don't normally use any skin softening in my pp, so i'm at a bit of a issue here.

Hmmm...just wondering... If you want to match the skin, you would either need to soften the rest of it or try to add some texture to her face. Or...add grain to the image - given the overall look, maybe convert to black & white and then add grain. You some thoughts...

I know some folks have a disdain for photoshop, however that's sometimes the best/only way to give an image the character you originally envisioned.
