Amen to that. From mashed potato to popcorn to so much more, the world's gonna miss "his bad self."

I'm puzzled.

Photographers and models on this board have repeatedly, and correctly, talked about professionalism and respect for models, to the point where it's been said that a girl should walk off the set if a photographer even adjusted non-private areas of her garment.

But where is this love and respect for women as to the women of James Brown? Brown used a succession of wives and girlfriends as punching bags. Do not my colleagues think that our respect for his musical talents should be tempered by disgust over his utter failure at being a decent human being and acting humanely toward weaker persons?

As to the time Brown wandered into a rental darkroom facility in my presence and what happened, that can wait for another missive. For now, let us simply say a gentle goodbye to "The Grandfather of wife-beating." Or for those who really identify with his style, shriek the goodbye.

I dont have a problem adjusting non-private (and near-private) areas of models' garments and I haven't had one walk off on me yet. In fact, often, I've had many ask me to perform the adjustments. As for the flip-side/dark-side of JB, I wasn't much aware, if at all, about any of that. Was this something that was well-publicized?
