I experimented with different blends in PS and came up with these two. I like the first one, but the second in a glass is not so good. Can someone help me, what is the best way to blend to make it look real?

Nice work. But in the second photo,on the glass reflection are suppose to be infront of the arm notbehind but still nice job.
