Me again! I had Bernice stand in front of a wooden shed, she stands out well against it's red colour. I didn't use a reflector here as I though there was enough
sunlight. How could I have done better here? Feel free, I love learning!

Your model is turned to the "short side" of the image. If her shoulders were turned the other direction it would have a little better flow to the image the way you have it cropped. Of course the other possibility is to turn this into a verticle shot and crop out the right side. The lighting is fine although you may want to lighten her face just a bit.

I think the eyes are a bit cold for my taste. Try to look for a "natural" reflector, like a buildind or something, to add catchlights into her eyes to opoen them up and make them look a bit warmer:


Her eyes also do not look relaxed, maybe a bit "squinchy." It's better if the model is looking at something very muted and not too bright, so that you get a very relaxed expression, especially in the eyes:



Also, try not to crop across a hand or finger.



All of these examples were shot outdoors with no artificial reflectors or fill flash, just natural light and natural reflectors.
