Seeing your title, I was thinking Buffalo Bill Cody, and was most pleasently surprised.

As always, your pictures are great and the lighting setup is a big help.
Thanks,
Vic

You are the man!

The pic of the lighting set-up helps me no end. I'm a hobby photographer, and can't wait to finally take the plunge into glamour. I've been absorbing the information and poses presented in the G1 forums for the past 3 months, and feel just about ready to try my hand.

Thanks Jimmy - love ya work!

Great lighting, stunning model, cool background, and I appreciate the info on the set-up. Only gripe is the torn material on the floor just behind the bottom of the chair. Looks like someone on the set kicked it and messed it up a little.....

Very nice Jimmy,..that studio looks huge. I'm not sure if it's a perspective thing,.. but the lights, reflector, and fan all look to be farther from her than I would expect them to be.

Great shots Jimmy!! Where did you shoot this now that you are studioless?

I really like the background pillars and especially that chair. May have to get me one of those, very cool.

JimmyD,

On the left side of your lighting setup photo I see a large cylindrical mirror like object. What is that? Are you using it as a reflector?

must be a perspective thing. the studio, in all, is about 5,000 sq. ft. with 5 or 6 standing sets. the set i shot on is about 12' wide and the same deep.

it's my friend's studio. the background set-pieces came out of a robinsons/may that went out of business.
