Here's an image from Rolando's recent Dallas workshop. We had quite an adventure that involved Rolando directing traffic with the assistance of the Dallas Police Department, no electricity, and other surprises.

Here is a shot of Malloy illustrating what I like to call the dark side of giant soft boxes which often soften the image tonality too much. To correct this I added a large black reflector. Can you tell which side has the reflector.

Cheers,
rfs

Okay maybe this is the wrong reaction to have to a picture of a topless girl, but I think that jacket is really cool.

That was one of the big reasons for the use of the black reflector, to give a better tonal range to the denim (from light on the left to darker on the right).

By the way, I'm not sure its considered topless if her hands are placed like they are. After all, who knows what is under the hands (besides the Shadow, that is)?

Cheers,
rfs

Fredrick, nice photo sir, as always. I like the tie too!! The only suggestion I will make would be possibly cloaning the background on her right side.

Happy Thanksgiving my friend!!!

Softbox on Malloy's right side, reflector on her left has sucked up some of the light ?

Very nice image, and what great fun it is to work with Malloy.
