That quote sums it up rather neatly. I suspect many of the "missing" have found much better solutions to posting their on-line portfolios. I have definitely switched to other model places. There I can have some control over how my curriculum vitae and images get presented. Here, I have essentially no control, and my info is in the smallest possible font and looks like it was added as an afterthought


No offense, but the main forum seems to be drifting more towards a collection of "Here's my latest, ain't I the greatest!" posts. I lose interest rather quickly.

On the other hand, we have to bear in mind that it is Rolando's site, and he really wants to attract users that are going to attend his events, buy his books, etc. Using his bandwidth to promote myself probably doesn't make much sense to him.

I think it is a little easier to upload photos, and I really like the lightbox effect.

The main page does seem too busy, too many choices for my taste. I'll keep learning the navigation.

The forums may not be very busy, but at least here most of the posts are civil and informative as opposed to model mayhem's crazyness.
