Couldn't have said it better if I wrote it myself. When I see a model start to put her finger in her mouth for that coy "Lolita look" I always tell them I don't allow "Bulimic purges" on my set. Sometimes I even explain that phrase to the model. LOL!

In addition to the angel wings, school girl, and other that you mention, you could also include "caution tape wrapped models" and "belts as tops."

On your fan blog ... unless I'm missing something, it looks like that industrial Stanley fan would blow the model off the set. Of course, for some of the model I shoot with, that would be fun to try.

Keep on blogging!

hhhehehe... it's not what you'd call an "industrial fan." it's definitely for home use, actually, I think Stanley envisions it for use in garages and home-based hobby shops. it's not all that overly powerful altho it does blow with some force, probably because the stream of air is more focused than with ordinary household fans.

Jimmy,

One reason I don't hardly do those is because they're really hard to do and pull off as natural. I haven't seen a girl yet that could do that without looking like she's picking her teeth!

"wind machine... you know, a fan!"

LOL! Ya. I had someone look at a shot of mine recently and say dang I need a wind machine. Iz like, it's just a fan!
