Love her look. What really draws me into this is how you cropped it.

God, I love redheads, and I agree with the previous post. But , I can't figure out the lighting used. The thing I keep coming back to...The catchlight in the eye camera left is so different from the other eye, almost looks like a cloudy eye or something. I guess I'm curious, why?

The eyelid is drooping into where the strong catchight would be. The highlight of the suttle catch light is minimizing her pupil and the opacity is blended with that highlight. Thus causing the cloudy effect. Since the light fades off or since the natural light is broad lighting her, the back eye is darker yet the main catchlight is bright.

Thanks, JT, now I know what to watch for. Ever going to have a workshop in alaska? Could show you some beautiful spots in and around Anchorage.

Like always. Enough photographers and models want to go to Alaska or enough Alaskaonians Photographers will support it. We would be there in a heart beat.

JT probably explained it better than I would have. The lighting was all
natural, no flash and no reflectors. The catch lights were from various
things in the background behind me. Could have been the playground
equipment or the sidewalk in the distance.
