FWIW (which isn't anything, really),
I prefer the image posted in your first message - even though the oh-so-lovely you is harder to see, being smaller.
Here, your legs look stiffer, more locked at the knees. You also are looking offscreen, whereas in the other, you engage the viewer - with a very sultry attitude at that. This one plops you in the middle, with that lovely blue and those wonderful clouds, but - darn it - if the picture's about you, then YOU should fill more of the frame. If the picture's about the setting - well, it's a bit too static for my taste, you're too symmetrically placed, both vertically and horizontally. And then that other, horizontal image has that marvelous nearly-complete vignetting effect. This is OK, but that other one is just one really nice image. Of course, I'm biased - I really like that surrealistic illusion in the first - to me, it's a picture about a dream of a gorgeous gypsy in a surreal waterworld.
But it is good to have you posting more. Were I really a gentleman, I would not contradict a lady. But being me - I like the first better.
