I'm trying to decide which if any of the following pics I should print for my portfolio. Which do you think should make it and why?

Thanks for the help,
Erin

All are nice. The two that jump out are 2 and 3. I would print number 2 as is. Nice lighting, good composition and you caught a nice expression on the model. I would do a tight crop on the model's face in number 3, she has a dramatice expression on her face and the way her hair if flowing would make far an especially noce portrait.

Good luck!

I say the third one. Why? 'Cause it's different in a cool sort of way. Does that help?

lol, I guess it helps. I just wasnt sure about the arm positioning in number three. I think it should have been forward or backward more to show the curve of the back, so I dont look as wide.

I'm kind of partial to the last one too, thanks for the input.

Erin, For your book I would say none of the above. At least not as they are.

#1 I am not diggin the expression and position of your head.

#'s 2 & 4 both need work in your eyes to make them better.

#3 Maybe but I would lean a bit towards the no...

You have better images to choose from then these. Keep up the great work and remember this is just my opinion.

I agree with RSStory. I wouldn't recommend any of those for a portfolio. I just don't think any of those images are strong enough or pop out enough. Sorry.

Above images was from Tuesday with Rachael Platt
