Nice shot...well done.

Is that catch-light in her eye natural?...or was that done in PS? Either way it really adds to the photo....

The lighting here is all natural, available light from the window. There were no strobes, flashes or reflectors used. The room did have light walls which reflected a bit of light back to slightly bring up the shadows.
