Love the blue! I like the way the flowers sit with the background colour.
I lined it up on my screen so I couldn't see the top of the dress/top and I think I prefer it cropped out? Just a thought..

I'm a big black & white fan, but there's something about that blue that I just like more for some reason.

Great image either way!

I'm a B&W kinda guy, but in this case is there anything wrong with using both? They are both good and each offers something a litle different. Use both of em!

As much as I love b/w imagery in general, I'm going with the color version here. Just has more pop and impact to me.

Dave

But have to admit that if you'd only posted the b/w version alone, I'd have still enjoyed the image. Nice work!

I normally love B&W but in this case I have to go with the color version.
The B&W looks a bit soft and the face plastic looking.
Good job on the color version though.

color

contrast of the blue in black and white with her hair doesn't work in my opinion.

As far as choosing between the two, I prefer the color. However, when viewing the B&W, I "see" the headpiece as red. have you considered using it as B&W with color on the headpiece only? Again, in the B&W, I'd make the headpiece the only color and I would use red. Just an idea.
best wishes,
gus

Beautiful image. Both are nice but I prefer the color image... just seems to have more impact.
