I can't possibily imagine that this is a legitimate company. Selling all rights for great photographs should entitle one a large payout. I don't think that's what they have in mind. Smells to me like someone, maybe a stock agency, that is looking to build their book on the cheap. Or, creating a CD of stock photography that they will then sell on eBay and through other venues, cheap.

Responding to a blind box. I think the deal smells.

It's a scam, I've absoloutely no doubt of that . Wanting to buy 'all rights' is just not how stock agencies work, in fact stock agencies don't buy rights at all, they broker them as middlemen for a commission. . Bear in mind that in a buy out of 'all rights', 2x to 5x the normal price is pretty much accepted. they ain't gonna do that!

Its probably someone looking to build a library of "royalty free" images to sell as disks on online. No true pro would even talk to these folks. Even if one were to do a deal with an RF company, they don't usually demand or even ask for, "all rights". They're probably looking for un-educated amatuers to turn over all their images thinking they've hit the jackpot if they can sell them by the pound. Or... its possible they'd like to hear from an established photographer who wants to retire and cash out so to speak, but that would have to be one enormous check to write, and even the big agencies like Corbis and Getty don't do that, they license images on behalf of the photographers, and pay the photogs a royalty.
