The image almost seems made up of two different girl's pictures, split down the middle and with a half from each pasted together. The left half eye seems bigger, and the mouth slightly smaller. Even the shape of the face seems different.

Actually, the more I look at it, the more it bothers me...

Lovely girl... strange illusion within the image...
