Does anyone have a generic model release for video work intended for sale and re-sale? I am looking for a release informing the model(s) involved that the images/video is intended for sale, and that subsequent releases may be necessary for distribution. However, copyright ownership of the images/video will not be sold without prior agreement and compensation to the model(s).
Any input will be helpful.
Thank you for your attention,
Rayy

Most stock releases include both still and video. None I've ever seen include clauses that future releases may also be required. Nor does such a clause make sense, since the initial release includes the right to transfer, etc. The clause about transfer of copyright is also strange, does not appear in any release I've ever seen, and doesn't make any sense. Why should the photographer clutter things up with strange ad hoc clauses that confuse the release and can only lead to trouble? // The questions posed either indicate a misunderstanding of releases and copyright, or are insufficiently precise.
