For what purpose?
I find it an interesting image, as it's an unusual perspective. However, I don't think it's particularly flattering to the subject, and wouldn't call it a glamour shot, nor a beauty shot. Also, it's hard for me to sense your composition, because the mostly white background to my old eyes blends into the white surroundings. I think your crop is rather narrow, with her nose tip being about 1/5 inside of the right edge; if so, I don't think the composition will work against, e.g., a black surround - I mentally am expanding it so that the model occupies about 1/3 or less of the full frame.
I think it could be very effective as part of a series of images comprising a single portrait.
I think the exposure, focus, sharpness, lighting, color balance, and saturation are all excellent.
IMO, of course.
