I like the face more evenly lit and body with greater contrast/highlights. The legs are best. But I can't comment on the hard questions about going from color to B&W.

I cant see the color version so I dont know what that looks like but I am a big fan of B&W. In this shot I have a couple issues. First the face looks very out of focus. That pretty much killed it for me. Second, her leg looks larger then it should and I dont like that crop. My eyes get pulled to that leg and then it leads me right out of the shot. Keep on shooting

I'm not sure the pose is working or may it's the way it's cropped. To me it looks awkward, as though she's stepping out of the frame.
Not sure if it's just my monitor , but it may need a little contrast here.

Nice model and pose, but try taking the image into photoshop and bring out the skin tones with the curves to make her stand out even more from the background. This is a common problem when going from color to b&w, no matter if it's film or digital, but this one is more than salvageable.
