You don't see this type of prop in a studio everyday. The model, Crystal from Houston, brought her BF to the shoot. He suggested using a custom wheel and tire as a prop. I was skeptical at first, ut said " hey it's different, lets give it a try"... I kinda liked the end result...

I used the Diffused Glow effect in PS more than I normally would to give it a "print ad" look...

Once in a while a boyfriend at a shoot can be useful. Not very often, but once in a while.

He actually was helpful...he helped with moving lights and props and was really a nice young man. I got tickled at him though when the clothes came off...he wore that cell phone camera of his out when I would complete a set...

hey at least he waited until after your set was over. I had a shoot 2 months ago where the boyfriend was an aspiring photog and shot over my shoulder...

Great shots. I really like the lighting, and the tire is awesome...

Not that my opinion carries much weight around here, but I think these are great shots of an attractive lady. Number 4 is my pick.

I think #4 is the best of this series. A girl of her build can be difficult at times to flatter. But, you did well on this one.

Did you just happen to have that tire siting around the studio ??

or did they bring it with them ?

and either the model is really short or that tire is really big

don't have nothing like that up here that I ever saw
