tenebrism=what happens to a photographer when a model who is a "10" gets in front of his camera for an extended period of time and he just can't contain himself.

He has a tenebrism.

Tenebrose = Characterized by darkness or gloom; tenebrous.

I think your photo is in the ball park of "tenebrism". See this link:

It usually implies "extreme contrasts of light and dark in figurative compositions". I generally try to make the image very contrasty when I work for this sort of effect. Here is another example:
