thanks for stopping by my post and responding. To answer your Q's...
1. I do not use any hand-helf reflectors by 3rd parties only natural light reflecting off of objects around the model. In the last image, that would be things like the carpet or tile, walls, furniture, etc. So, yes, I compensate with the exposure settings on my camera in "M" mode.
2. The lighting set up in the last image and the one below is quite simple - all natural window or door light coming from both sides (left right) of the model on a cloudy day. Nothing more, nothing less.
