Finally had some time to break out the camera again. Been a while since I have gotten to do much between the kids and work. So I have been more of a lurker than anything lately.
Comments / critiques always appreciated. Hoping to have more time during the winter to start shooting again.

Thanks,
Dean

Dean! the first one is a beautiful portrait, which I think would also look good in a black and white conversion, The second one how amazing it is to make someone look as young as you've done here..she looks 14yrs old in that image!
Now the third one, gives me the feeling like shes in a scary movie peeking out of a doorway just cracked a bit, it has a bit of an eery feel to it...not sure if thats where you were going in that image, so if not that could be considered a harsh critique..but thats the feeling I get from the third image!
and its really too bad 297 people viewed these and didnt comment, I dont know whats going on with people on GG lately, just seems maybe they are afraid of helping?? just my opinion!

Don.

Thanks Don. Might try doing the conversion on the first one. Really didnt think about that.

The 2nd image, my wife loves you now (even more than when she saw the Sponge Bob boxers) I think this was my favorite of all the images we shot. Told her not to move when I saw it through the camera. Just likes the way it looked.

#3 was an image that I just kinda liked the look of it. Wasnt really going for anything inparticular, just caught my eye.

Again, I appreciate your comments Don. I watch you and Deann and the others here on GG and try to learn what I can. Hoping to get more time to get back into the swing of things again.
