Since Rolando is getting all experimental on me I thought I would get some opinions on this shot of lovely Laura.

We were shooting into the sun and even with the opposing Hensel strobe you have to push the levels to get model instead of sky. Here I did the opposite and went with the sky. I think because if the energy Laura is giving me here it works even though we lose her lovely face. In fact, I am wondering if I shouldn't have darkened her even more.

What do you think?

Also, can everyone figure from all the catchup emails that Rolando must have pulled another all nighter?

What I would do would be to change nothing and go immediately to a 20x30 or so print. It's excellent and in my view, if not the best it's certainly among the best I've seen posted from that workshop. I've often said that shadow is equally as important as light, you proved it! Beautiful shot!

Coming from you that is quite a compliment. Thank you.

I currently can only print up to 17" wide and am waiting for Imageprint for my 4800. So a 17 x 22 unless I can get Wojtek to go bigger.

Once again, thanks again.
