Well I can tell you how I would have tried to improve this image..your lighting source seems to be coming from a down low...more of a horror movie style of lighting....I do like how you tried to isolate the lighting to a small area....move the light about a foot or two above the model for more of a hollywood effect..Butterfly lighting....

just my .01 cent worth...I havent earned the full two cents yet!!

Earl! I dont know if I'd go that far!!

But you are quite welcome! Ive been right in your shoes! and without sticking your neck out and throwing an image to the sharks....how can you chum for help?? if the sharks get to big..you're gonna need a bigger boat!!! My advice, stick with it, keep posting images and try suggestions you get...and watch the difference in your work progess!!

Don. P.S. and try not to take any of it personal, sometimes its hard to do..but it sure pays off in the long run....

Try moving the light to the right just slightly above the models head. Here is a little post production work on your image. About all I can do as the image is so small.

Add an over headlight and check your white balance. Your images looks very yellow. Adjust you WB for your light temp.

Hope that helps.
