Here is an adaptation of a photo that I just placed in my portfolio. This one is the ultra glow version of an Autumn glow. The model is Emilia and the shot was made with the Sigma 70-200 2.8 lens in natural sunlight:

Great shot! She is just a doll. Love the expression, the pose, and the colors. You really nailed this one.

Thanks to both you and Kelly. I love shooting Emilia because she really does have a wonderful look and the light was just right for her expression. Here is another shot taken just a few minutes later of the second model at the shoot (Cynthia):

This was a fast grab shot as we were in a high traffic pedestrian area. This is one where I'd like to have had a reflector, but it still came out nice as a Autumn theme type shot.

Nice shot!

The thing about autumn in this northern midwest area is that the brilliant leaf color only lasts a few days. You have to catch it just right (I didn't this year..) or start traveling around looking for places that haven't peaked out. Now that we've had some serious wind, it's pretty much over. Most of the leaves are on the ground and ugly... Oh well, it's getting too chilly to be outside much anyway. Back to studio type stuff!
