I almost forgot about this session with Kelly. Just a fun shoot to be shooting something besides family portraits after a long weekend of shooting family portraits.

Splendid, as always JT. You two continually create some amazing images!

Now this is odd! What I saw in the original post was a color image of Kelly. Looking at the bottom of the reply form now however, it's the same image only B/W and cropped differently!?! GG Gremlins at work or did I happen to catch your post in mid-image swap? Either way, both look terrific so I'm not going to lose sleep over it ... lol

Sorry I didn't get a chance to contact and catch up with you last week when I was in St. Louis working with Zairia. Just too full a plate this time around, but I'd planned to so that counts for something, right?

Back to the toning grind for me. Lots of images to crank out from that trip and still finishing up some San Antonio work for Candy Lace. That extra hour we got last weekend hardly covers the time I need to complete all this stuff ... lol

Take care and keep those gorgeous images coming!

Dave

Now the main image and the one down below are the same -- b/w with different crop. I can sleep a happy man knowing I got to see both versions.

Actually not the same but in succession. However, this one would be the same as the main one.

JT love the shot...

I know you posted that you did the KellyG family session...

Any chance you could post one from that session...

I have been knee deep in the family sessions for the holidays and would love to see how the master of shadows does it...

I know you would need to get permission... I just thought I would ask...

Thanks

JT,

Love the photo of KellyG... She is awsome and the two of you together are amazing. My regards to both of you.

Can you tell me how you set up the background. It's really cool looking.

Take care,

Luis

Actually it is the same set up we had in Lancaster. It's light fall off and shadows from Kelly on the background. Kind of on purpose but then again it was shot in a very small area.
