i feel silly for being yet another person asking, because ive seen a number of these posts over the last year... but when using the search function i havent found anything to help me.

im shooting T-shirts for a startup company. I want to own the rights to the images (for portfolio use etc.) but allow the company explicit use. is that the right terminology or approach? if so what legal forms apply?

also, can anyone post or pm or email me a standard model release?

considering ive got paid shoots lined up finally my next purchase will be a book on legal matters and forms for photography, but until then a little help please!

Hi Tim

When you are ready to make a purchase, check out the books by The American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) used to be The American Society of Magazine Photographers. The book ASMP Professional Business Practices in Photography is a great book.
