I like this image ... I think I would clone out the higher trees in the right side and work a little the contrast.

If it's supposed to be art, well, it falls a bit short IMHO. Too many things going on in the image which are not typical of art... like the fact that it's color, the background, etc.

Frankly, I don't know what to catagorize it as.

I think I would like it more as "artistic" if it didn't have the shadow on the ground from the fill light. I see way too many shots with too-obvious fill flash, and as subtle as it may be, this is one as well. I think if you had shot it straight (no fill, even if it became a silhouette), or maybe just a little white card, it would have been more moody.
