Here is another in my guess the lighting series. This one is a bit tricky since it used something a bit different in the way of lighting.

The model is the lovely Emilia from the DFW area.

Cheers,
rfs

I am really bad at games... I get motion sickness playing even early versions of Doom. But what the heck, nothing ventured...

From the catch lights, there's something small camera right, and something about the same size low in front of her. No distinct shadows on her brow from whatever the light is so the two sources are probably pretty close in intensity. This is strictly a W.A.G. but I'd guess two beauty lights...

See, I've probably displayed my ignorance again for all the world to see. But she has that kind of gamin look that grabs me every time...

well there's a gold reflector camera right. A whit reflector low and center. I'd guess there's a big window camera left. Am I close?

Don't know what the lighting was, but in my view, it was overdone. It's very, very flat on her face, with no modeling whatsoever. A little shadow would have removced that two dimension look.

It was shot with a light tent (shaped like a cube) in front of the model. The front and the back of the cube was missing, the model being at the back and the cameras shooting through the front. The right side of the cube had a gold panel. All the other sides were white. A single flash was bounced in a silver umbrella and was set to the left side so that it partially hit the model and the gold side of the cube. Part of the light also spilled over into a white wall behind the model. The cube was built out of PVC pipe by Mike Wallace. We were using this to shoot head shots of visiting models during one of our Imagery workshops in the DFW area (that are held monthly).

Cheers,
rfs
