Hi all. I'm pretty new here (& to modeling altogether) and just wanted to drop a line. I would really like to hear your feedback on my photos, and any advice you would like to impart. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Lerandia

Welcome aboard,
there is nothing wrong with glasses, just need to watch the reflections that's all.( try tilting the stems up a little above where they usually sit )

Look around the site , checkout other photogs stuff near you for variety

most of all , have FUN

Hi!
Welcome to GG. It's nice to have you join us and hope to see more posts from you in the future.

I have a couple of suggestions for you....some are directed at your photos, some are just things to consider for future shoots.

1. The photographer definitely needs to work on lighting, not your fault, but the photographer can either hurt or help you with showing what you really look like. You may want to try working with several different professional photographers and see what kinds of looks they can create with you.

2. Consider investing in a make up artist/hairstylist. I'm not commenting on your make up as I can hardly see your face in the images, but its just good practice to have a good mua.

3. Keep the hair out of your face unless you are doing some high end fashion type shot.

4. Experiment with different locations. Cool alleys, industrial areas, etc.

5. It's nice to have a variety of images and show different looks but think about what TYPE of model you want to be. Glamour? fashion? commercial? swimsuit? And concentrate on building a strong book.

6. Work on expressions.

7. Work on poses.

Keep posting. You are a pretty girl and the more you participate here, the more you'll learn, glad you are here!
