the eye are obviously "toyed" with (in post) in each shot. they look more like google-eye dolls. (google eyes were the product of a german artist in the early part of the 20th century. i can't remember her name, rose something.)

maybe... heheheh.... now that i'm thumping my head and thinking about it, she might not have been german, it might just be that a lot of her work showed up on german and austrian porcelain. or maybe i'm confusing her with the kewpie doll lady and that's the one who's name is rose. sheesh. my brain ain't what it once was.

but i still think those beauty pageant images look like google-eye dolls.

I have been a member and judge of the Miss America and Miss USA scholorship programs for the last few years, though these pictures are not natural looking this is what the board and the scholorship program is looking for. It is a very unhappy life for most of these little misses but it is what it is and it will never change. I could tell you hundreds of stories of things these little ones go through to become a barbie for these events...

Those are not real people they are androids. Data from Star Trec looks more human than they do.
