Thought I'd share a couple from last night. Comments appreciated.
Played a bit with the tri-flector and a single light.
#1 looks a bit like a post Don had a lil while ago and I just liked the feel of it.

#2 I like the look in this (press the shutter one more time..... )I know the hand is cut pretty much at the wrist. I looked at cropping it a few ways and wasnt sure what to do, suggestions?

I hope I am getting better at not producing flat images. Been watching alot and learning since I joined GG. Most probably notice I dont say a whole lot in here as I dont feel I have the knowledge to say much. I realy do appreciate all the folks here and the information that has been passed on by the members of this forum. So take a look at these and let me know what you think. Rekkon I have developed fairly thick skin so if there is something that I need (ok, we dont have that much time...) how about a couple things, I need to work on I would be happy to hear your thoughts. Thanks to all here at GG.

The light is at too wide of an angle specially if you are aiming for a "glamour" portrait of a female (it might work for a male subject), It is also too low on number 2

When you say the light is too wide, I'm not quite understanding what you mean. In the first image, it was a single light with a spot attachment, using a reflector for the fill. Does it need to be tighter or brought closer in?

This was not necessarly a glamour shot, just back to working with a single light and learning.

Appreciate the comments.

that the light is at a 90 degree angle with respect to the axis of the lens. It almost looks as if it's more than that, a bit behind the model.
