30-45 days for payment is spelled out in most contracts. Read your agency agreement and see what it says. Any agency that passes the 45 day limit is having some kind of problem-usually financial or client problems...which suck because it's really hard to get your money when that happens. I have learned to be pushy when it comes to these things. Don't be afraid to sue. If they are doing it to you, then they are probably doing it to aloooot of people. You might be able to get a class action suit going if there are enough people involved. Although, when you threaten lawsuit, and they know that they owe you money within a certain timeframe, they will usually pay. Tell other models also so they can be warned.
