I like #2. 3 and 4 are ok. The first one doesn't flatter the model at all. Im makes her appear larger than she is. I think it is the straight on hips and the coat tail giving her a larger than she is appearance. JMO.

I rarely do straight on hips for that exact reason. Here, I didn't think it would be an issue. Thanks for pointing that out to me.

Still looks like color management problems - shooting in Adobe RGB and not converting to sRGB for posting on the web. Web images lack contrast and snap as a result - since I've seen some of your originals and they look MUCH better, I know they aren't as washed out as they appear on my monitor.

I think I finally figured this thing out. I switched my workflow to use the 'save for web option' in CS. The way my color management was setup sent them in as sRGB. Once they get to the save for web option, if you don't check the ICC Profile box it'll automatically convert it to RGB. Long story short, I think I've got it. Please take a look at this image and tell me what you think about color.

Mike - This may all be subjective preference - but do these two images look different on your monitor? Which one do you like better? My vote would be for the one with increased contrast. The other looks a bit overexposed to me.

On another note - got a CD off to Charish and Diana - then computer hiccupped - so Katrina and West may be a little later. Will get one to Faythe and Mary, also - pending repair.

Way too much. I still wanna be able to see the stripes. I changed it again. How's this?

What I did was clip the output level just to where there were actually some values.

Ahhh I think you got it figured out this time Mike. Now if you could just repost every image you have ever posted on GG that would be great!

Oh yes, now we're talking. I just ran your original through Elements 2 and did an auto contrast so that's why detail was lost in the shadows. I like the looks of this last change very much!
