Upon further view ... I like it!
Sure, a couple of road bumps here and there, but overall I'm getting the hang of things here and have come to enjoy it. Nice job to all who put their hard work, sweat and efforts into getting it up and running. Much appreciated!

Oh yeah, also wondering if there will be an 'image from portfolio' type button when posting in the forum? That happens to be my most used feature on GG, and would love to see it integrated here. I know I thought of a couple of other things after I went to be last night, but seeing as I've been up all of 3 minutes, I'll have to think of them again later LOL
Thanks again rg

I think it will be better. I'm actually looking forward to see what happens next. I'm not going anywhere

Maybe it works this way if you quote the person?? Not sure if that would make it reply to JUST you or not...
Hmm...

So it seems you have to click the image twice...once to expand the thumb...then again to lose the compression. On your images in your port, you only have to click the thumb once and the full size NON COMPRESSED mage seems to open just fine, while on others it appears one must open it twice....
I think my biggest concern is this...and I am struggling with this issue on the site I own www.thehoustonimage.com

The new look will rock...call me if you get a minute...especially if my post is unclear, plus I need to talk to you about another matter...
BobbyG
Bobby.. it lets me quote you.. and not the original post.. just click on the "quote" button at the bottom right or the specific message you want to quote..

hope I got your issue correct and gave you the right info...

In general I like it. Especially the random photos. Like anything new it will take time to get up to speed with the new and different features.

Oh yeah when viewing a portfolio, why are only 4 photos visible? How do we see the rest??

Nice and bright !

It will take time to figure it out , very confusing navigating around here.

I don't have a clue what half the stuff means ?
Is there a manual for this new place ?
arcades, tags, subscriptions, and other things like them

people like me will need guidance

ps. I know I probably missed it , but if you click on someones name it goes to their profile , there does not seem to me to be any DIRECT way to get to their portfolio(gallery)

like I said I just need help getting around I guess

It's too early yet to give a real accounting of the new format but it appears to have a lot of potential. RG your hard work is to be commended and I know when all is said and done Glamour 1 will be fantastic.
