Hi there! I'm Don Jolley, a photographer and digital illustrator from just north of Atlanta, Georgia. I'm a professional designer and illustrator since 1994, and have co-written Beyond Digital Photography with Cher Threinen-Pendarvis, published by Peachpit Press.
I'm low key, easy going and thoroughly not too caught up with myself. Yes, I'm good, but there are tons more knowledgeable and talented than myself. I love what I do and am moving into new areas of design and illustration. At least new for me, anyways.
I'm here to meet people and am always willing to give advice and technical how-to information. Photoshop is a first language and I'm willing to share. My primary reason for being here is to find a few willing models for book covers, fine art and some erotic (beautiful, not porn) art who like to trade for fine art signed/numbered prints of the final work. (This isn't a solicitation; I just wanted to be up front.)
Anyways, I've been a lurker for a long time, checking in and out for the past couple of years. Didn't join in because I tend to spend too much time in forums if I get started and time is a precious commodity lately.
