help photo rotation issues

i shot photos vertically when i rotated them they became distorted (models look sort of like midgets) how do i fix this.

i used microsoft office picture manager for batch rotations then cs4 portable for edits when I rotated thm in cs4 the same thing happened this never happened before.

The two files you linked too above are identical other then the rotation. There is no distortion.

the second one the legs are shorter she looks dumpy

Not when I open them. I even measured the models total height and she is
3 5/8" tall in both images. Are you judging by looking at the images online or the actual files on your computer? If your looking online, try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies then go look again.
