I photographed a couple and the photo that they want she has her eyes closed. I have another photograph at almost the same angle but her head has turn just slightly. I tried to over lay the two photos but I can't get it to where both eyes look natural. One eye looks bigger or distorted then the other.

Does anyone have any ideas or a link on how I can overlay the eyes from one photo to another and make it look natural?

Without seeing the problem it is very difficult to say what to do. Anytime you try to skew or distort, change the angle of eyes, it is not very easy.

It is not clear if you are only trying to replace eyes, but here are some ideas.

Replace the entire head.
Replace entire body.

If the other pose is such that none of this will work, perhaps you can rephotograph her, making several exposures with slight variations of head positions, and use one of those.

I have done that in the past, just make sure you are looking at a print that you are trying to match.

Hi,

I've been successful at doing this in a number of instances. The angles are key, but you can still get by with some slight perspective changes if its as close as your indicating. Bottom line is a replacement of the part, face or head can usually get is done. How you feather in the replacement is also key. Email me. I'd like to see the photos and could then provide a more realistic estimate.

I believe you would be better off just rephotographing the girl with slight variations in her head position. Since it is a wedding, another thought is to see if you have something else of her that is more like the turn of the head.

When you show people two poses that are similar they will usually want the one that costs you the most time and energy to deliver.

Thanks. It looks great. Better then I could get it. Do you mind sharing how you go it to look like that?

i adjusted the color of both of the pictures to match.

then copied the hole "good eyes" female and put her on top of the bad one

erased what wasent needed

merged the 2 layers and used the healing tool to blend where i cut .

I did bring all of her over and used all of the good one it is almost imposible to only do the eyes or head and make it look natural.

glad you like it

Thanks for the steps. I'll give it a shot and see if I can get the same results.

Nicely done.

I misunderstood.. I thought you needed the image on the left (with her facial expression), with her eyes from the right image.
