The skin retouch is good -- what plugin/techniques did you use? To me the lips look too detailed for the rest of the skin. I'd suggest softening the lines in the lips a bit to better match the smoothness of the rest of the face.

You also might consider cleaning up her corneas and removing stray hairs -- but I'm guessing you were just working on the skin and left the rest for later anyway.
