An interesting change. But, when transitioning to landscape mode on this type of shot, I think we need to use the "rule of thirds" for deciding on the crop. Here's one way I would try it:



The eyes are on the upper horizontal line and the eye on the right is on the right Vertical line. I then threw in a toning techinique to accent the colors balance.
