Natalia,

From what I can see, it's color that you are missing in you retouch. There is red on the cheek and around the mouth that you removed in your retouch. I think if you add the color back in it will warm up the photo, and make it appear more realistic. Other than the missing colors I think it is great.

Assuming you were going for a flawless, too-perfect look, I think the retouch is great. You have an errant white pixel in the model's left nostril and in the model's right eyebrow. Depending on your medium and sizing, they might not show...but they're so easy to fix it's probably worth doing.

I tend to soften the blue channel in PS to smooth skin -- using a mask to restrict the effect to the skin. I'd be appreciate learning more about what you did!
